Jason  brings over two decades of high-impact leadership across startups, growth-stage firms, and established operations to his role as President & COO of ICS. A retired U.S. Navy Captain (O-6) with 26 years of distinguished service, Jason's military career instilled in him the leadership principles, operational discipline, and strategic thinking that define his approach to business transformation.

As the operational backbone of ICS, Jason is responsible for building and refining processes, stewarding client-services teams, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring delivery of measurable value for every engagement. His military experience leading complex operations, managing high-performing teams, and executing missions under pressure translates directly into his ability to guide businesses through critical growth phases and operational challenges.

Throughout his career, Jason has consistently driven outcomes: launching new ventures, repositioning underperforming businesses, and building systems that support sustained growth. His expertise in business operations and restructuring enables him to simplify complexity and design operational frameworks that scale.
